I really enjoy the food at Thai Basil but I tried ordering tonight and I could not get through to order by phone. I tried to use DoorDash to pick up and also could not get my order to complete. I want to order your food! Please fix your order systems.

Need a better soup selection
Our family has been a great fan of Thai Basil, Novi since many years .However our recent experiences, especially with take outs have been not so great. But today it was worse and most terrible. I ordered a takeout, curry fried rice medium spicy and paid in cash. It was so disappointing to realize at home that it had no veggies at all, fried tofu was stale and smelled really bad.
