The office visit lasted about two minutes, only for him to just be rude and say that I won’t qualify for disability without even asking questions or entertaining the idea. He also overlooked some other conditions that showed up on my MRI report that may be causing me pain. He was extremely rude and I felt like I was inconveniencing him by being there. I do not recommend this doctor. It would be one thing if he was blunt and straight to the point, but I didn’t even get that.
Drove over an hour to get to a procedure, they asked two questions. Are you on a blood thinner or on an antibiotic. Nothing more, they refused my treatment because I was on an antibiotic. I was never told or given any instructions to call if medications or health changed. When we pointed that out to him he got testy telling us we should know that. Dr. Ray is a very poor Dr. at first he was ok, then he wanted me to get an EMG with a Dr. that is in his office. I asked if I could go somewhere else for the EMG, this was three months ago, I have called several times and got put on hold, then forgot about. He still has not contacted me. He does not care about patients. I am in more pain now than I was before, he is very uncaring.
Dr. Ray treated my grandfather with total disrespect. If you need help and want to be treated like a human this is not the Dr. for you. My grandfather is from a time where a Doctors words are gold. He holds all Doctors at a high regard and has the utmost respect for them. So when Dr. Ray was degrading, demeaning and down right hateful my grandfather was so confused. Dr. Ray really helped me with my back. he got me up and moving and back to doing the things I enjoy.
Go anywhere else to see anyone else unless you want to wait and see if his procedure works for 4 weeks even if you call saying you are in severe pain!!!
Felt like we were just a number. Husband's issued drug out for months. Finally went elsewhere and the difference between night & day.
