Went to this dentist for a bridge. He Referred me to an oral surgeon and I had to pay for the bridge. So, I went out of network to a cheaper dentist. Less than the $5,000 he was charging. I called Dr. Thatcher for a tooth extraction. Lisa told me they No longer want my business!! Unbelievable and shabby business practices!! I will be informing my insurance carrier of such ridiculous treatment!!!
Mrs. Lisa is an amazing woman I was going through my roughest time because I started not loving my smile since I've been a diabetic and my tooth chipped, her and the whole staff helped me out of that dark place and doctor thackston fixed my tooth with no problem ill recommend anyone to them.
Great customer service! Friendly staff always prompt never a long wait. The new dental hygienist Victoria is AMAZING!
