Very knowledgeable and helpful. Beautiful high quality jewelry, for a great value. If they don't have exactly what you want, they can get it. I had a great experience.
My experience with Thacker Jewelry was wonderful. The young lady that waited on me was courteous and helpful. She had a great smile. Joe Thacker came out to the viewing area and introduced himself to me and we had a nice conversation. I recommend this business and I will return.
Very helpful and accommodating when I visited the store right at closing time. Even though they were trying to close up, the staff were extremely helpful in assisting me in shopping for a gift.
They caused damage to a watch my sister took there and would absolutely not assist her in getting it corrected. Even though they had taken pictures that show no damage was done to the watch before they started working on it, it was not enough proof for them which is ridiculous. It is sad and very disappointing that as a Christian based company they would not honor the bible verses they have painted on the walls of their store. My husband also bought my wedding ring and wedding bands from them and I have bought jewelry from t... read more

Thacker repaired a gold bracelet that my husband had given me several years ago. They did an excellent job and didn't seem to mind that it wasn't bought in their store. I really appreciate them fixing something that is so dear to me. They were extremely nice and had it fixed within the time frame and cost that they quoted to me. Five stars isn't enough, but it's the highest allowed here. We are really fortunate to have them in Lubbock!
