I want to highlight the excellent service and availability provided by the technician, Oscar, who worked on the A/C today. From the very beginning, he was very attentive, responded incredibly fast, and stayed on top of everything throughout the process. He clearly explained the issue, gave us different solution options, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. You can really tell he cares about his work and his customers.
