I recently had TH Oliver Heating & Cooling at my home to replace a gas fitting for my Enbridge outdoor unit, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. In 2023, I hired T.H. Oliver for duct cleaning, paying $450 (nearly double what competitors charge). The first technician mistakenly hooked the vacuum up to the return side instead of the supply side, blowing debris all over the "clean" side of my system. After I complained and held payment, they sent a second tech to re-do the job. However, they failed to check or clean the AC evaporator coil, which they knew would be impacted by that mistake. We hired TH Oliver to replace our aging AC and furnace. We are very pleased with the service we received from Dennis, the sales person. He explained everything and followed up with a text and email. There was pressure to buy. Dennis is friendly and professional. The installers arrived during the time slot given, they were friendly and polite. I would recommend this company.
We first used Oliver in 2019 to replace our furnace and then again to replace our AC unit and thermostat in 2026. Once again the install was done professionally, without issue and everything was left clean. Both Wayne and Chad who did the furnace install were back for the AC work (along with their apprentice Nick) and we were so pleased with the results. Steve was wonderful to deal with and answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly. We would not hesitate recommending this fine business.
