This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a Primary Physician. I tried to schedule an Annual “Physical” Exam only to be told that I would have to schedule for an Office Visit for “New Patient” to establish care, ok not a problem. After medical records were looked over and routine vitals were taken, Dr. Frontecha prescribes a medication that I’ve never had at a significantly higher dosage that any of my records would show. The most not organized office ever. During my girst appointment they made me wait 1h and 17minutes to see a docyor- they said they were busy. To go over my blood results i had to wait over 6 weeks. Due to an accident on the road I come in late. I called ahead. Schedulling department did not call the doctor office. When I arrived I was told we need to reschedule my appointment. How is it that doctor can be late for over an hour but if patient is late then it is no longer their issiue? Additionally they lost my blood results (... read more

I had thought I had found a doctor who would be a good fit for me after my last primary left the practice. I came in for migraines and was prescribed two different medications. They were both not helping me, so I reached out through Mychart, and as of 2/28/25 was prescribed something new that when I looked up could have been really bad when mixed with another medication I’m already currently taking. I'm a little stingy with 5 star reviews but while the wait and facilities aren't perfect they are professional and both the staff and caregivers do a great job. I'm lucky to have Dr. Fontecha for primary care, Yira for taking my vitals and information, and the others whose names I forget who are doing good work in a busy profession.
