The apartment are overpriced but the location is good. The people managing on site are ok. TGM uses Elite Compliance and these people are the most greedy, unreasonable, extortionists you will ever encounter. If a friend visits, they'll boot their car and charge $90! They charge $40. to "register" your vehicle with them, on line filing out an on line form. If you let a guest part in your spot, they'll boot that car and charge you $90 to unlock it!
