A real letdown unfortunately. We have had awesome meals at TGIF but today was dissapointing. Not just the well done steak that was ordered medium rare, I can wear that but the crispy skin barramundi was cooked on a raised grill that left pretty black lines on the skin but burnt to oblivion and became super bitter. It was sent back to the kitchen and another came out after about 15.minutes but same bitterness and the sides had dried up a lot from sitting under the heat lamps. It was my birthday, and Jamie led the whole crew and restaurant to sing happy birthday to me. It was special! It was really a great service!
Amazing service! We were served by Hayden, who was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. This was the second time he’s looked after us, and once again he was absolutely fantastic. The manager or leader on duty that evening (around 7–8 pm on 8 Jan.26, didn’t get his name ) also deserves a big shout-out—excellent leadership and great coordination of the team. Even though it was very busy, we felt genuinely well taken care of. Outstanding service all around. Highly recommend!
We love the place. wish we could eat here more often. Staff are GREAT, they put up with our unrulily kids and Stressed DAD(me). i always go by the belief that if a business has ppl waiting for them to open then you know they are worth eating at. and we have on a few occasions lined up with others waiting for doors to open.
