왜 별점이 이런지 알 수 있다. 이미 리뷰에 무슨 전망값 8%를 붙인다는 말이 있어서 테이크아웃을 해서 숙소에서 먹으려고 주문. 문제는 테이크아웃도 8% 전망값에 무슨 팁도 강제로 8%가 붙여져 있음. 여기에 세금도 더 붙으니 음식값보다 20% 넘게 부가값이 나옴. To Go로 가져가는데 왜 이런게 붙냐고 따지니 자동으로 붙는 거라고 말함. 매장 내 식사였으면 해당 금액과 별도로 팁은 또 냈어야하는 거 아니었나 싶으면서 아무리 관광지라고 하지만 등처먹는 수법이 대단하다.

We had a decent experience at Fridays, but we found it super expensive. The menu posted outside the restaurant did not match the menu given at the table. The menu outside offered a grilled chicken entree, but the menu inside had fried chicken or glazed chicken only, so I inquired about finding something closer to what was listed outside. Definitely not worth $40 for 12 wings. I ordered a dozen chicken wings TO GO. The listed price was $28 CAD + 13% tax. Okay, the wings are but overpriced, but I accepted that. But when I got the bill, they had also added an 18% tip automatically, plus another 8% “NFDF” fee—something I’ve never seen another restaurant charge. So somehow, a dozen takeout chicken wings ended up costing me around $40. And to make it worse, the wings weren’t even that good. This review is for the bar area of the TGI Friday's in the Hyatt Regency. The gentleman at the bar through the day is amazing. Makes the best mudslides, very kind, personable and a great guy. I would give him an EXCEPTIONAL review. This was our FIRST TIME HERE and because of him we went back. I also would give an EXCEPTIONAL review for the young gentleman who was at the bar on our last day of staying at the Hyatt as he was kind and personable and a great server.
