Everyone seems to rave about this crappy place...Well here is news to you and your dirty restaurant.....Me and my fiancee went here last night for dinner 2/24/2017 over in Stuyvesant plaza. And from are experience, this is the worst place ever. The food sucks we ordered an mozzarella sticks for appetizer and they were ice cold an not even cooked all the way. My fiancé's fries were cold as hell, her burger looked disgusting... So I'd say we rate you a big FAT "F" because your service F**KING SUCKS!!!!
Went there for lunch waited 10 minutes to order then 45 minutes later and still no food we walked out infoming management how bad they suck. Oh and a table of 8 came in after us and had their food before we walked out. Never going back....
We've eaten here many times before... sat down for endless apps at 7:37. First round delivered at 7:57... refill? 8:20 still waiting for order placed at 7:57. Should call it endless waiting.
I called ahead sat rite down from that all went down hill.... waited over 10 minutes for someone to ask if we wanted anything.. I had to get up & a different group came in Way after me got immediate service cause they were friends of one of the workers cause she came over & was chummy chummy with them . So I got up & asked for help ... then I finally ordered & it took over 50 minutes for my appetizer & food.... I had to ask for utensils.. none was on table....they was out of the majority of stuff we wanted along with condime... read more
Absolute worst Fridays we've ever been to In Our lives - the mens bathrooms were disgusting - it took over an hour to get our meal and endless apps what's that? they didn't even have any - are you kidding me that's your biggest selling point! Broken glass left on the floor for 1/2 an hour or more - it was just so disappointing - should've stayed on the highway and kept going to clifton park never had a bad meal there - wont ever go to albany again!
