Not good at all. We came here for Sunday lunch and our food taste horrible and the staff was not that great either. It's like they do the bare minimum to make it through the day. My daughter's mac and cheese was bland and cold. My husband's french dip was rubbery and our potato skins taste like they had been sitting all day then microwaved. Very poor service.

I just got home with a take out order from friday's, very disappointed , i order shrimp and chicken with pasta, there was no shrimp to be found,none, and the bread stick was so hard you couldn't even eat it.the pasta had no taste, just oily,when i gave my card to pay for the food, the server laid my card down and waited on another customer which took about five mintues as i stood there and watched him make drinks,when he did come back over he just laid the receipt and card on the table and left.I would go back but it's raini... read more

Dope food n very hot to go platter
Return calls from Corporate Customer Service. I called in with a complaint about poor customer service from store #1520 on 9/17 and have yet to receive a call back. I call again on Friday 9/20 and was told I call has been assigned and still no call. Not only was the food unapealing but the service from management was horrible.
