I had an excellent experience at TGH Urgent Care today. Stephanie and Cindy were both outstanding—friendly, professional, and extremely thorough. I was seen right on time, which I really appreciated, and they took the time to carefully evaluate my neck and back pain without rushing anything. There were lots of immediate appts available, the check-in staff was quick, the nurse was compassionate, and the doctor was very thorough! Will definitely go back if needed.
THGUC was clean, modern, spacious and efficient. Personnel were friendly, polite, knowledgeable. Brad was great: warm, friendly and also knowledgable.
