I went here because I had a wax clogging my ear, was in and out within one hour, they flushed it 3 times and got every thing out and can hear just fine now. The Doctor and Nurse and the PA were both very friendly, would go back there again if I had too for some reason.
Went in with an earache - Jeremy and Dr. McKay were both professional and patient. Jeremy in particular, who flushed out my ears, was particularly kind and understanding! Dr. McKay was also friendly and caring.
On Sunday March 1st 2026 My wife had acute allergic reaction. I took her to the closest medical facility to us which was TGH Urgent Care. The receptionist was far more interested in payment than my wife's condition. She refused to get or even convey her situation to the provider. Other urgent care facilities we have visited recognize the life threatening situation that is anaphylaxis. This facility did not. I came in for chest pain and was seen within 30 minutes. The staff was very friendly and thorough. They performed an ekg and provided a stat x-ray order since they didn't have an x-ray technician available at the time; it was a Wednesday.
