I had a great experience here. I came in and explained my situation to the staff and doctor, and they immediately took me back and began treating me. When I walked in there was no one at the reception desk. Actually, the waiting room was completely empty as well. I was sitting for about five minutes before I noticed the sign in kiosk. Once I signed in, I waited for another 15 minutes. The phone was ringing of the hook while I was waiting. Finally someone emerged from the back. The sign in process was simple, the staff (the male up front, the female nurse and the male giving me my exam) were all pleasant and the cost was reasonable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was in and out and it wasn’t a long wait. Matthew explained things clearly so I could understand and listened to me.
