I took my grandchild to be seen. It was good experience. But I explained the situation and. they said we could be seen. We'll, the provider said to mme, that we need to go to the ER for blood work & testing. The person at the front desk should of known to.direct us to go to the ER. So, we had back to back Doctor visits on the same day. It was a very long day. My husband said that the urgent care could take care of our grandchild. Lenore was so awesomely friendly and the woman in the lab followed through. I would choose this TGH UC location again if needed.
I cannot recall in DECADES speaking with a medical professional as kind, informed, and attentive as Tina Carter, APRN. She spent extensive time with my teenage daughter ensuring she not only asked all of the questions, but listened to the answers. She made my daughter feel seen and heard. She took exceptional time and care and made sure there was full understanding before we left. The front desk staff was also helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this Urgent Care location.
Everyone was wonderful and the facility is great.
