After struggling with trying to set consecutive appointments for three different tests I finally gave up on the fourth one. I had a mammogram and a dexascan and both of the women were very nice and seemed concerned for my comfort during the exams. The third and final test was a CT scan which I have never had before. I left a review yesterday that I would like to add info to. After someone at Tower read my review and realized I was actually trying to pay my bill still, I was contacted by a representative who said she understood how the confusion was caused. I was able to pay my $20 bill. She assured me it will all be taken care of. Thank you for the cordial and professional people at Tower that I have been in contact with which have helped me to resolve my issue.

I have been waiting over 40 minutes to have an EKG done I was not allowed to make an appointment as I had requested since they do not take them. I was asked to wait in my car and I finally went in and said to the girl at the counter when is my time and she said oh come back with me now I'll sit you out in front of the room you're going into. Towers office in trinity has the best , caring, and professional staff I’ve ever seen, Avis in this office has her business together is an understatement, April in scheduling got it going on too!!! , there are no words that come to mind about the rest of the staff other than “PRIDE IN YOUR WORK” helpful and positive, all the tech’ s in radiology quick, to the point, and very caring, I wish all of the employees merry Christmas, happy new year , and I enjoy going there . I have been to Bell Shoals, Sun City Center and Bloomingdale Tower centers in past 4 months. Bell Shoals was the longest wait at least 30 minutes past my appointment time. All three places had excellent technicians performing the services. However, Tower's communications are not good. The Patient Portal website needs a serious revamp. Also, I have been trying to call Billing and the recorded message states to leave a message and then it states mailbox full. I had an appointment for an aorta ultrasound. I got to the Bell Shoals center 25 minutes prior to my appointment. I did the online check-in--took pictures of my insurance cards, ID card, did electronic signatures on all the documents, etc, and advised that I would be waiting in my vehicle. After 35 minutes of waiting (checked in at 0744, for an 0800 appointment), I went to the door and asked how much longer I was going to have to wait. The person asked if I had an appointment. Went there numerous times as I have to have 6 month screenings. Most visits okay except the last one where the technician didn't even do a complete exam of both breasts, or ask me what my concerns were even though I had written them down and noted them on the intake form. The worst thing though? They sent me to collections for a $90 (ninety dollars) debt. COLLECTIONS! During a pandemic when people are obviously short on money. WTF.

I went to Tower Radiology to have a routine screening Mammogram done and 2 other tests as well. I was taken to the testing room for the mammo when the technician informed me that they have a revolutionary new 3D screening and diagnostic tool for early breast cancer detection. It gives the Dr.'s a better view to detect this cancer earlier. She then informed me that my insurance Blue Cross Blue Shield doe not cover this test and I would have to pay $55.00 more if I want the better test, if not I would have to get the standar... read more

I called to make an appointment. First, you listen to the prompts. Then you choose one. Then you hear a two minute ad for Tower, then you are put on hold for eight minutes. When I FINALLY spoke to a human, she could not hear me. My phone works, and it was not muted. She hung up!!! Total time 11:08
