Had an appointment for 5-20 23. Everything was on schedule and confirmed. It was for a pelvic, so had to drink 32 ounces of water and hold it. I get there and was told the tech cancelled it. No one told me. I am so pi_ _ _ d. No pun intended !

This Diagnostic Center Towers Above All Others...Tower Diagnostic Center.
I have used this diagnostic center by referral from my primary care physician for X-rays. I can honestly say that I am quite impressed with their equipment and their level of service. I recently went to have X-rays taken of my back and neck and was pleasantly surprised to see a state of the art X-ray machine that resembled nothing like the old antiquated looking ones still used in some hospital and other facilities. The staff members are kind, gentle and considerate of your discomfort and ask you questions to make sure that they arent causing you further discomfort. There is no need to make an appointment, you can just walk-in with your script. On average I have had my procedures over and done in 1 hour or less. The experience is relatively stress-free and I would highly recommend this center to anyone who is in need of X-rays or any other diagnostic services..

My doctor referred me for an EKG to Tower Radiology. My EKG was done in a manner I never had experienced before. During the EKG someone just walked in the door and the stickers were placed while my shirt was not moved, and it was a cold day, so I was dressed warm and with a round neck top. The result was that I needed to get a new EKG to get cleared for surgery. Since in Wesley Chapel there was not another place, I could find to get a new EKG fast, I went back to have an EKG performed at Tower as years ago it was performed differently and no issues. I went back to Tower and a different person performed the EKG and again a result that was totally different and didn't even match the first one that was performed days earlier and looked to be off. Then I went to a Cardiologist and had an EKG performed, as well as a stress test and everything was normal and no issues. The doctor who gave me the referral told me he will not refer anyone to Tower anymore as he expected the EKG's to be badly performed. What a waste of time and my money as I have a deductible.

22 minutes on hold to talk to a person only to be told they were taking names and will call back or schedule on line. I scheduled on line showed up for the appt only to be told I did not have an appointment.
Went on line to schedule an appointment and it's been 3 days and no call back. Called again today and waited another 25 minutes to talk to someone who gave me the same story about taking names. I explained my experience and she put me back on hold and waited another 10inutes and hung up. It shouldn't be this difficult to book a test. Disgusting.

Horrible horrible horrible! A must avoid walk in nightmare!
My visit was at the Pasco Bayonet Point office. I tried to schedule online for a chest X-Ray, but was unable to do so as it appears that this is done only through a walk in process?. After countless hours of calling both the Trinity and Bayonet point offices with no pick up and promises to return calls to try and make an appointment. I eventually got someone to pick up after a long long wait, who advised me there was no appointments needed for Chest X-Rays.. The next day I arrived at the office at 8am where there were just 4 people in front of me. As the 4 patients were called the room started to fill up quickly and by 9am was two thirds full.. As the new group of patients were getting called and by 9-30am (90 mins later) that I was getting over looked? Once again I went to the front desk and explained my plight to be told, that I was next and that the office was really busy? I settled back in to my chair.. 4 patients later I was still seated and wondering where my call was? I revisited the desk and ask why I was still waiting and that the reason I was first in the office was to beat the rush? I asked the brash receptionist what the "walk in" protocol was? She could not explain it with any ;logic?, other than that the tech was very slow!
If there is to be a long wait like this then on check in patients should be given a rough estimation of a wait time, just like in a busy Restaurant! Its then up to the patient to make a judgement call whether they want a 90-120 minute wait?
Once called I was ushered into the X-Ray room with no apology, Good morning, please or thank you from the bland Tech.. Which summed the whole visit up!
I did call head office on the listed number on the Tower Webpage to save writing a bad review and complain direct to be told that the number called is no longer in service! What a surprise.. So on closing, there are other options in Town, so don't waste precious minutes of your life waiting in line for the call that never seems to come!

Appointment scheduled for Mar,8th. Were on our way to our appointment, got a call from Mike at 08:07AM to warn us that the appointment was cancelled due to shortage of specialist for mammogram and want to reschedule to Mar. 30th.. It is ridiculous that Tower give a damn your time and your inconvenience. Could have giving a much sooner date because of their own problem. Ask why that late date? all they can say is take it or leave it. No make up to remedy their own screw up. YOU ARE next than NOTHING. IF I can do away with their service I WILL DO IT IN A HEART BEAT.

Ann Marie, a tech whom rudely refused to divulge her surname, has to be THE RUDEST, UNPROFESSIONAL. UNEMPATHETIC Healthcare worker I have ever encountered. In the midst of this current pandemic, a kind word, or a kindly gesture of assistance should come naturally; however; this individual treated me as if I was beneath her, being essentially VERY condescending and UNPROFESSIONAL!! My xray order was very clear, nevertheless; she decided it was her "personal decision" to turn me away for a simple xray. Ann Marie, no surname did not consider the fact that I came in at 7:30to have this image taken. I do hope that upper management will see this entry and act accordingly. This is NO way to treat a patient.

After struggling with trying to set consecutive appointments for three different tests I finally gave up on the fourth one. I had a mammogram and a dexascan and both of the women were very nice and seemed concerned for my comfort during the exams. The third and final test was a CT scan which I have never had before. After looking at the machine I expressed my concern to the operator about my claustrophobia. She startedyelling at me that she didn't have time for my problems, that she had a lot of people waiting out in the next room for their tests and she still had to do a blood test and run an IV on me. It took every bit of my strength to get through that test. I doubt I will get an apology but even if I do I will never darken their doors again!
