I am very disappointed about this place they are unprofessional. They don't see to care about the patients. .First appointment they did not see me because the schedule me on a time that the technician was not available in the afternoon. Not well organized. My second rescheduled apt I waited for almost 2 hours just to inform me that they didn't bother to request my films. After I have signed an release. The manager at the Sun City location is evil. Very aggressive, arrogant, rude, and loves to push her woke ideology on patients. I will never use tower again. I much prefer Simon Med much better. People are far more friendly. Less wait time. Tower makes you wait for hrs for an X-ray. Forget that.

I called Susan, the supervisor, and she did not sound concerned while on the phone. I hung up on Susan because the more I heard a lack of concern in her voice, the angrier I became. I will be placing a review, in regards to this, at any location I find to place a review. I will also seek out to find who is above Susan, the unconcerned sounding supervisor. How they have such great reviews is beyond me. Took over an hour after my appointment to be seen only to have to wait another hour for the disc. What a crock. Inefficient is not the word. Incompetent better describes this place

My doctor referred me for an EKG to Tower Radiology. My EKG was done in a manner I never had experienced before. During the EKG someone just walked in the door and the stickers were placed while my shirt was not moved, and it was a cold day, so I was dressed warm and with a round neck top. The result was that I needed to get a new EKG to get cleared for surgery. 22 minutes on hold to talk to a person only to be told they were taking names and will call back or schedule on line. I scheduled on line showed up for the appt only to be told I did not have an appointment. Went on line to schedule an appointment and it's been 3 days and no call back. Called again today and waited another 25 minutes to talk to someone who gave me the same story about taking names. Horrible horrible horrible! A must avoid walk in nightmare! My visit was at the Pasco Bayonet Point office. I tried to schedule online for a chest X-Ray, but was unable to do so as it appears that this is done only through a walk in process?. After countless hours of calling both the Trinity and Bayonet point offices with no pick up and promises to return calls to try and make an appointment. Today I thought I was scheduled for a mammogram. When I arrived and discovered that my appointment did not go through online, the most competent, professional workers took over to assist me with highly skilled endeavors. Gloria, Menet and Stacie were so kind and understanding with what certainly was my mistake in my efforts to schedule the appointment. They were even able to take me within thirty minutes for the appointment. I highly appreciate their efforts to enable me to receive my necessary treatment Vallie Cosper

Appointment scheduled for Mar,8th. Were on our way to our appointment, got a call from Mike at 08:07AM to warn us that the appointment was cancelled due to shortage of specialist for mammogram and want to reschedule to Mar. 30th.. It is ridiculous that Tower give a damn your time and your inconvenience. Could have giving a much sooner date because of their own problem.
