Went in to get my son’s xray today. The staff was overall so kind and gentle with him. Smooth visit. Did not wait that long to be seen or to be taken back. good experience!
Waited an hour and a half for an xray and still didn't get called. Walk in for xray waiting time is ridiculous! I will take my business elsewhere. In response to your response: I did ask about scheduling to the front desk only to hear xrays are walk in only. You guys need to get it together. Read Cyndy Rouse review again and DO BETTER! Just saw your response. That was over 2 years ago...2023 and you are now just reaching out to me? Wow. 12/31/25.
This place is so bad had a mri and I was stuck in it so I desided to give them a second chance only for X-rays well 1 1/2 hours later I am still waiting I will not be back I’ll drive to the other one where it is cleaner faster and more professional i highly do not recommend this place and there very short of help here I would not even give them a 1 star but I had to to leave a comment
Hours say they are open until 6 pm and last X-ray is at 5:30pm . But they had no explanation why they wouldn’t take me for an xray at 4:07pm Thanks TGH had to go to hospital because your hours are wrong on line . Pointless to put your hours up if you don’t honor them .
It is the worst.
