The man who does dexiscan was quite rude! He needs to not talk to a patient that way. He must not like women.

1.13.2023 I'm sitting in the waiting room, waiting for an x-ray (I was a walk-in) and it is SO BUSY right now! It's a Friday, and the waiting room is packed, but I just overheard one of the reception ladies on the phone with a patient, and had to find a way to give her a "kudos". Sherry, the receptionist, was on the phone with a patient, and she REMEMBERED the man she was speaking to from a conversation she'd had with him earlier in the week. Today I was scheduled to have an MRI which I almost cancelled due to my ridiculous and pathetic claustrophobia going into the tube for 30 minutes. HOWEVER, Anne who was in charge of doing the procedure went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable ,not being nervous or freaking out like a little kid. She explained EXACTLY on how far I had to be in the PIPE,how long and every other step necessary to successfully complete this procedure.
