Really disappointed and now it’s an expensive fix. I had my hair done here two weeks ago and didn’t realize how bad it was until I got home and saw the back properly - my hair was extremely uneven and looked like multiple different colours (photos inserted). During the appointment, I felt intense pain on my scalp and was told it was from a clip. At the time I believed that, but it wasn’t until I got home and realized it was actually a chemical burn.
