I went in for a re-perm and came out looking like my hair couldn’t decide what mood it was in. Some sections are curled, others are straight, and the rest are just dry and frizzy — like a bad group project where no one did their part right. Honestly, I don’t even know if they used a cheap product or if the staff just weren’t trained properly, but whatever it was, my hair is paying the price. If you haven't been to this hair studio and met Brenda and her siblings, you never met kind people. Three weeks ago I needed a haircut due to hair loss from chemotherapy. Brenda gave me more than half an hour of attentive cut, trying to make the best of my thin hair, then refused to take my money.
