First time home buyer and recommended to look at some homes that were flipped. I'm very familiar with TGAPs flips and expected nothing but the best from any home that's a flip. Walked into the house not a couple of feet and immediately told the realtor that this was NOT a TGAP flip! How could I tell? The quality was poor! They painted over large chunks missing from the window seal. The back door didn't properly close. They put all the "flip" into the kitchen and forgot about the rest of the home!
