The system cost way to much to repair or maintain. Lower the price of the repairs and maintenance or let the customer know up front the cost of them. The system cost us $8,000 and 1 year into having the system it need maintenance the labor was 700 + the cost of the parts which it was a filter which was 500 more. That is way too much to have to pay when you still owe 7000. Customer service number is no help. Please think about all the extra cost before buying this system.
My mom and aunt have this system. I wanted the same, but unfortunately mine hasn’t worked since day one. It was installed on June 2020 and til today my water is still cloudy and not transparent! All of my efforts to complaint from day one have been useless. The sales representative gave me the runaround and unreasonable explanations, as to why after months of the install the water is still cloudy and white! The owner is super honest and upfront about everything, a man of integrity...the people there are committed to taking care of their customers as well as their employees. I wouldn't work with any other company other than TG Water...rated the top water company in the US 😊😊
we paid 7,000.00 for this system to be put in our home. We need more SUPPLIES. We were told we have to pay 300 dollars to have the SUPPLIES shipped, that's ridiculous!!!! I wouldn't recommend no one to have this system put in their home. Yall make it sound so good by telling people the SUPPLIES are free for the rest of your life. You need to find another way for your customer to get the SUPPLIES cheaper.
I love that my family and I or so blessed with such opportunity, not only we love the benefits of this product, but as a parent I'm absolutely sure that I'm doing the best to protect my family's health.
