The worst property managers ever!! Do NOT rent from them!! There have been bugs in my apartment and the one downstairs. They don't take care of anything! I had a broken window, a huge broken window for over a week. They never mow the lawn and just let their tenants do whatever they want. Complete slumlords!!
The worst experience that I have had with a property company before. I have never ever had to beg someone to come and mow my lawn, take care of a leaky basement, and a bad septic tank before. I have contacted the health department and the office many times by phone and text message with excuses of what they can't do and how it's going to take time to do everything. i shouldn't have to beg someone to do things for our place of living.
