The biggest home improvement mistake I ever made was hiring this company to do a roof.
TG Cupp was one of several roofing companies I called to look at a leak we had. Two weeks after the original call and not hearing from them they called after apparently having visited and "caulked" something that was fixed a week earlier by another local roofer. They then billed for this charge even though no communication or agreement for the repair was given. Highly unethical and will not be contacting or recommending them for any future issues.
My wife and I had Cupp Roofing come by to fix our roof. Great experience overall. They were attentive, professional, friendly, and honest. I would highly recommend them and plan to use them for another job.
