Incredible gym with very challenging (yet achievable!) Hyrox-style training. Cesar is a fantastic coach and pushes you to be the best version of yourself, train consistently, eat right, etc. Balanced mix of weights and cardio training. And also - so much fun. The music is very energizing, and the overall community is super supportive.
Went for a class with my father in law. The gym was wonderful and the energy was great. I haven’t had a sweat like that in months. Definitely recommend this gym to people looking to get fit and stay fit!
If you are a beginner or a dedicated person in fitness. This gym meets all types and goals, I am excited to start working on myself again it's time to love me again and I know the personal trainers here are going to be able to help me with my needs to get back to life . Love yourself! We are worth it.
