I went to this salon a few years back and was seen by Pam. I got unable to afford her $100 fee and had to stop going. I now can afford all services so I made a new appointment. I am 68 and do not always feel like sitting in a chair for a long time. I sent her a message to reschedule due to back pain and this is the rude response I got back: I’m very sorry for your back pain but I will not be rescheduling an appointment for you.
