Noise from neighbors is way too loud! I have notified the management company multiple times and no action has come from figuring out my noisy neighbor. No discounted rate or actions have been offered due to the inconveniences caused by this. I find it very difficult to resign the lease given this issue. The walls are paper thin! And this issue has been going on for many months.
I lived in this apartment for two years and had a great experience. The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to everything I needed. The unit gets great natural light, which made it feel bright and welcoming throughout the day. Having in-unit laundry was a huge plus, and any maintenance requests were always handled promptly and professionally. Overall, it was a comfortable, well-managed place to live, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking in the area.
