We moved in about a month and a half ago... and here's my honest review: It's gorgeous! If you're big in architecture and historical qualities, the Textile Building Loft and Santee village Neighborhood are great visuals! I love the city feel the neighborhood gives. The Building is located at the bottom of the fashion district and is about 10 mins walking to 2 local train stations and a whole string of restaurants and other festivities!
