I strongly recommend Texshield Roofing. I initiated 3 separate roofing claims over the past several years but got denied each time. John Tischler (owner) from Texshield Roofing was willing to meet the insurance adjustor for the inspection and ultimately helped get my claim approved. These pro's were quick and fixed the leak in my roof! After having 2 other companies come out and fail-it was quite a relief to get it fixed,especially before this recent sleet/snow storm we had here in Dallas. John provides great customer service and guidance throughout the insurance approval process and roof insulation. He went above and beyond to make sure all issues were addressed before the new roof was installed and throughout the installation process to ensure it was done right. John was able to cut through the barriers that my insurance company was putting up to keep from covering my roof. Our roof had been denied two time before with other roofers. TexShield Roofing provided value-added services that most roofers/contractors would not include in a roof replacement and I highly recommend them. They replaced my hail damaged roof with a high quality 40 year hail-resistant roof using GAF products. Mr. Tischler managed every aspect of the job, keeping me informed along the way so there were no surprises. My gutters were also replaced and minor repairs were made to the facia board which gave my house a crisp new look.
