John provides great customer service and guidance throughout the insurance approval process and roof insulation. He went above and beyond to make sure all issues were addressed before the new roof was installed and throughout the installation process to ensure it was done right. John was able to cut through the barriers that my insurance company was putting up to keep from covering my roof. Our roof had been denied two time before with other roofers. They replaced my hail damaged roof with a high quality 40 year hail-resistant roof using GAF products. Mr. Tischler managed every aspect of the job, keeping me informed along the way so there were no surprises. My gutters were also replaced and minor repairs were made to the facia board which gave my house a crisp new look.

Tex Shield Roofing was professional with the paper work and all the details of my job. The material was as specified and on time so the job went according to schedule. The job was supervised and evaluated daily. The workmanship and clean-up were excellent. I had other issues with my chimney and gutters that were completed with care and skill.
