Website says they close at 6 which isn’t correct. They close at 5:30. Website also claims that they see their last patient at 5 which is also not correct because their doors are locked at 4:55 and they claim their Dr. is gone already although an entire family walked out at 5:05. I guess they must have been seeing a nurse not a Dr.? I find it extremely unprofessional to close your doors early and turn people away from care. 10/10 don’t recommend coming into this place if you are having an emergency and it’s near their closing... read more
RecommendedMy daughter hurt her elbow at dance class, the staff was prompt, friendly and very professional. They had us x-rayed, seen the doc, medicine and a sling and was in an out within an hour. They were so nice to give her an ice pop when she was done!
My son was tested ten days ago for Covid and still no results. It is absolutely ridiculous to have no results after 10+ days. What is the purpose of testing??? Everyone else I know that’s been tested had results in 2 days. I would’ve had him drive 2 hours back home to be tested had I know how ineffective it would be to be tested here.

Anyone that is concerned enough to be tested should be quarantined for 2 weeks. We notify everyone that is being tested what the current wait time is per the lab. This information is updated as we receive it. We do apologize for any inconvenience but we are working with what we have available to us. This information is available to everyone before they consent to be tested.

I have to give a shout out.... I went in today for my 3 year old that was having flu like symptoms. He ended up getting sick in the waiting room. Took us back immediately and cleaned it all up. Put my sons shirt in the washer, gave him a popsicle and turned on cartoons. A nurse also offered clothes for him as well but I got my sister to bring us some. Wonderful, compassionate care. The experience I had here was amazing. The staff was so caring. I ended up having to go to the ER after I left here due to the need for surgical care, but Kim kept in contact with me to make sure everything went ok. I couldn’t be more happy with Texpress and would highly recommend them!
I’ve gone to Texpress twice now and had hardly any wait time. The staff is so sweet and helpful. They even called and followed up to make sure I was doing alright after my most recent visit. I highly recommend them
