Very Disappointed With Customer Service. My experience with Texoma Orthopedic & Spine has been disappointing—not because of the doctors, but because of the staff and administrative process. Calls regarding urgent matters are not returned in a timely manner, leaving patients waiting and, in some cases, continuing to suffer while trying to get necessary treatment. The staff also appears to lack knowledge about the forms and supporting documentation required by insurance companies for treatment approvals. These delays can have ... read more
Don't bother on getting ahold of someone by phone. They nickel and dime you for everything even with insurance. Never have I ever been charged $35 for the insurance paperwork to be filed. Freaking robbery
Don't bother on getting ahold of someone by phone.
We have called and left 4-5 messages and can't get anyone to answer the phone or call back. It's so strange. At my mother's appointment they left specific instructions but then when you try to do what they ask- nobody answers or returns calls. Just trying to help my mom....
Unfortunately my 7 year old daughter broke her arm at school & she had to have a cast on for three weeks. Dr. Yost & Keenan were amazing. Hopefully we won’t have any more broken bones in the future, but if we do we will definitely be using them again.
