Don't bother on getting ahold of someone by phone.
We have called and left 4-5 messages and can't get anyone to answer the phone or call back. It's so strange. At my mother's appointment they left specific instructions but then when you try to do what they ask- nobody answers or returns calls. Just trying to help my mom....
Unfortunately my 7 year old daughter broke her arm at school & she had to have a cast on for three weeks. Dr. Yost & Keenan were amazing. Hopefully we won’t have any more broken bones in the future, but if we do we will definitely be using them again.
Office staff rude and disrespectful. Told to come in 30min early to complete paperwork. When I arrived I was told nobody in office for another 20 minutes. Other patients with later appointments were taken back before my appointment. When asked why I was told I needed to complete my paperwork. It had already been completed and handed to them 20 minutes earlier. Very disappointed.
Robyn had a great friendly professional phone customer service. I will be seeing Dr. Rose in December. I had an awful experience with the front desk lady at Dallas Pain Management in Sherman, TX so I didn’t end up going with them
