Office staff rude and disrespectful. Told to come in 30min early to complete paperwork. When I arrived I was told nobody in office for another 20 minutes. Other patients with later appointments were taken back before my appointment. When asked why I was told I needed to complete my paperwork. It had already been completed and handed to them 20 minutes earlier. Very disappointed.
Robyn had a great friendly professional phone customer service. I will be seeing Dr. Rose in December. I had an awful experience with the front desk lady at Dallas Pain Management in Sherman, TX so I didn’t end up going with them

Best ortho office around. Fantastic and friendly staff and best physicians! Kellye did amazing with working us in and getting us taken care of. Highly recommended!
I scheduled my appointment to see Dr.Rose; I was told he sees patients Mondays & Wednesday’s; he performed my cervical surgery in 05/19 and it went so smoothly. I arrived at 235 for my 250 scheduled appointment because I was told I needed to complete paperwork again. I sat in the waiting area until around 310; not awful I thought .. maybe just running a little behind.
