The doctors are great. The office staff....especially Sherman....is NOT. Sherman treats you like cattle and are demeaning. The billing office is draconian and treats you like the plague. I found out I owed $100 and billing would not let me set a follow-up until I paid in full. I finally did and then suddenly I owe them $1400. I will find a new clinic even if I have to drive to Dallas.
