Calling at 4:30 pm goes straight to voicemail and says that they are closed. They close at 5 pm and its a simple call to schedule my annual visit. Also when I began coming here in 2024 Dr Tran knew I just had GI surgery a year or so before coming and he was trying to urge me to have one again when my last one was benign polyps and clear of cancer. This was absolutely the worst medical experience I have ever had in my life. Dr. Tran did not address. Any reason I was there . The wait time was over an hour and then he spent less than 30 seconds in the office giving me my test results in which that follow up appointment was exactly one month and one day after my procedures which did not fix my problem. This is absolutely the worst medical experience I have ever had so disappointed.
