Weird experience. I am new to Denison and called to make an appointment. I filled out the new patient paperwork and didn't hear back. Upon calling, I was told that despite the provider accepting new patients, the provider would review my paperwork and let the schedulers know if they wanted to take me on as a new patient. The provider has up to two weeks to get back to the schedulers and does not have to give a reason as to why a prospective patient might not be accepted. What a weird business practice.
