Bought a 16’ utility trailer today from a Texoma distributor and got it home and really looked at it. I’ve never seen such poor craftsmanship and lack of pride in your work as I did on this trailer. The paint was just ok and had several light spots and many areas that they just painted over the scale on the metal. Every single chop saw cut on the angle iron and square tubing was left with sharp edges and wasn’t even cleaned up. The torch cuts were left just as they were and places where the mig wire arc’d and left pieces of ... read more

i bought a 8.5x24 trailer from a dealer. side panels all warped and wrinkled as i moved from co. to fl. halfway there the left front panel ripped at the mounting screws and half the hardware fell out. the way the tongue is welded on is scary. also the end of the tongue had no end plates or caps. my tongue frame rail was also bent. didnt see it until after i took possession. one of the clearance lights hole was drilled too big and the light came out, so i pushed it back in and it went all the way in and stayed there. i was al... read more

I bought a trailer and the paperwork is wrong. I haven't been able to get a hold of anybody after many phone calls, leaving a message, and Facebook messaging them. I have a trailer I can't register.

I purchased a trailer from Texoma and they delivered to the Phoenix area. When I picked up my trailer I questioned the positive camber of the axle and was assured it was fine. My first trip I completely balded my tires on one axle. They replaced the axle for me but the problem still exists so I’m of the belief that the mounts are incorrect. I have reached out and I was ignored for quite some time. I reached out again and I was told to “give me till tomorrow I will call you” but I have received no call for over a week and I h... read more

After looking all over Dallas, I ended up buying my 12 ft, single axle trailer from Jason at Texoma Trailer. He and his guys are great to work with. They build quality trailers and the prices are far less than anything I found in Texas. I've had my trailer for 2 years and love it. I just added a spare tire and Jason's guys quickly welded a bracket on my trailer as I waited. The tire, rim and bracket cost less than what a tire would have cost me in Dallas. A good friend is in the market for a trailer and I sent him to Texoma ... read more
