I went to the TMC urgent care on Morton St. I was instructed they could not treat what the situation could be. They told me to go to the ER. This was done without the checking me first. I turned out to be a minor thing though bleeding was involved. A bill that would have been $45.00 ended up costing me $800.00. What a scam!
My Dad had a day procedure & we loved everyone. They were nice, helpful, & we were overall happy.

Under staff, doesn't check on patients, never offered to bring any water , husband wasn't able to get out of bed to go to bathroom & yet there wasn't anything in the room for him to use. Call nurse & they act like you are bothering them. After husband's procedure , no one bother to tell me he had been taken up to the 5th floor & was in a room!! I sat in waiting room for 20 minutes before I finally found a nurse to give me info. I am not impressed at all with this hospital!!! If you go there , stay off the 5th floor. They act... read more
