Nursing care was top notch as always. The food was the worst it’s ever been. I’m thankful I have family and friends close to bring meals to me. Proper nutrition is vital to healing and patients without outside support are suffering.
Your hospital was absolutely disgusting and filthy. The ER waiting room had napkins on the floor coffee cups and other trash all over the place. The area I which I was taken back to had blood on the chair and floor. I will never return to that facility. I will drive 30 min further away first. And can’t believe that such a new hospital can be so bad I. That amount of time. Yall should be ashamed
Sat for hours finally had a test for blood clots that was done by a student until someone took over 30 minutes later . Finally a nurse came in and said Dr left and gave me a prescription and antibiotics and papers. Said I had an infection . That’s it . The next day I read papers and said I had cellulitis and to keep my feet elevated. 6 days later and I’m off to see a nurse practitioner. Maybe she can do better.
