We came in ER around noon still here at 6. Adrian our nurse takes his time on everything. He left to get medications almost 30 minutes later shows up. He said he is doing paperwork for release almost 45 minutes and still waiting. Had to searchvfir him every time to ask a question. I gave up and spoke with other nurses. I was very dissatisfied with the way he took care of my husband. I understand my husband is not the only patient he has but the complete lack of concern on how long it takes him to get things done. Texoma Breast Center may be using out of network doctors even though they are in network. This leaves a balance bill that insurance will not pay for. They did not inform me they were using out of network doctors and I was billed almost 300 dollars which is a violation of the no surprise billing act that was passed by congress.
