they dont like to give the extended warranty back when you cancel it. they just tell you it goes back to the bank
RecommendedI bought a bike from Wade Cole and had an awesome experience from sale to signing paperwork. He made the experience smooth, i didn't feel sold. I brought in my other bike for service, Zeke and his advisors have been great, very helpful through the whole experience.
VERY WONDERFUL PEOPLE! Enjoyed my stay here. Talked with many people who were also visiting and many who worked there. All are a joy to talk with. I will be back later this year to enjoy more of the energy here

Had a great time at Hearts of chrome. Food and drinks were great, and the painting instructor was wonderful staying late because my love had to work and we were late. All around wonderful time and great people!!!! We want more of this stuff 😁
they are very friendly. I just bought a bike there and they went up and beyond to make sure I got the bike I wanted at the price I was happy with. I'm extremely happy with them
Thank you Wade and Derrick in service!! Came in for air in tires asked Wade about oil coming from air cleaner, he took it back his guys ( can’t remember names) Said filter was not properly installed (thanks Hopper motorplex) idiots!! No charge for this !! And they cleaned her up a bit too!! Total professionalism by these guys!!!
I had my bike in the service department the guys all very professional done great work on my bike. The motor clothes people are very nice and helpful. This place always has a great atmosphere.
