Very friendly and he took care of the problem. Came out again to be sure it was resolved. Also, what I liked was the recommendations he suggested for the future. He said they could do it or recommended what to buy at amazon to proactively help.

They found the opening where the squirrel(s) are getting into the attic. They recommended I get my roof checked out and all possible problem areas closed/repaired before they return to set a trap for the squirrels.
