I've been East coast to West coast - Canada to Mexico - but still no doubt about it... Freddie's Filet is by far the best tasting Filet Mignon I've ever had. And the prices are incredible. Oh, and did I mention the Chicken Fried Chicken with mashed potatoes and country gravy? Oh my goodness.
The most tender chicken fried steak I have ever had and one order is enough for 3-4 people. So be ready to take home the leftovers. I know what I'm having with my eggs at breakfast.
Great friendly service. !!! I also mentioned I wasn't 'feeling well and a sweet man with a silver beard gave me some chicken soup to bring home with me , advice from his Mom. , chicken soup to feel better. !!
The owner or Manager (dude with a silver beard) was giving me a hard time for not finishing my brisket. When I mentioned I was getting over a flu thing, he gave me a bit of homemade chicken soup, and hoped I felt better soon. THAT is taking care of your customer.
