It's country friendly! Ppl are happy and they checked on us regularly.
Waited a long time, too long, to experience this great place! Had the signature chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, corn and a biscuit. (Why a biscuit? Should have been cornbread). Tasty dish with just the right about of crispy coating on the “steak”. Really delicious. Had a side of fried okra. Standard pre-frozen stuff but good enough by the fact that offered it at all. The sauce with the okra is useless and definitely not Texan. Will be coming back on Wednesday for Fried liver! And some other time for the chicken and dum... read more
Down home food and love the Filet Minion, homemade mashed potatoes! :)
The food was excellent and our server was one of the best I've ever had.
Totally overpriced for diner food.
The chicken fried steak was delicious!
Burger was excellent but the so-called Texas fries was a major disappointment! No zest, flavor and it was small portioned! Should be called Hawaii fries..... wish I could post a pic, but it won’t allow me...
