Trevor Cave is a very rude agent and I wouldn't recommend this service. They are lazy and send you a list and expect you to do the rest. When I mentioned to him that I found cheap apartments in Sherman he rudely stated, "we don't work in Sherman" and then suggested a very expensive 1 bedroom in Dallas for almost $1,000 a month. When I told him I don't want to live in Dallas he got angry and said, "well good luck then goodbye" and hung up on me. VERY rude.

I used Trevor last year to find my perfect apartment home and he was great! His follow-up care is amazing and he works w/ my schedule. He has a lot of information within the Dallas area and very knowledgeable about what is new and what is to come. It is now time for me to find another apartment home in a different area, due to job transfer and I will be using him again!
Trevor is a top drawer resource and is incredibly knowledge of this market. He is very thorough and conscientious and has the 'get it done' perspective in finding the right fit for his clients.
