After the holiday weekend i took my new ski in for its first ( 10 hour ) service wednesday ... While inside giving them my information the service guys had already unhooked my trailer/ski and i was out of there in minutes ... They called a few hours later and said it would be ready for pickup in 30 minutes ... Very fast and friendly help ... I highly reccomend the service plan on a new purchase as well ... yamaha fx svho cruiser
These people are great! Matt and Zach in the service department were incredibly helpful. I own a Yamaha Viking that was having an issue with the coolant fan not working. I didn't buy my Viking from them, but that didn't stop them from talking care of me. I called to find out how much it would be to have the fan replaced. They informed me that there was a known issue and they would be happy to replace it without charge!
