Can't say enough good about this company. I had 2 water heaters replaced yesterday due to age (10 years old). If you have water heaters in the attic like we do (dumb idea by the way) I don't mess around with that. Even with a reverse osmosis whole house water filter and me cleaning them religiously I still don't mess around with potential damage from a failed water heater. Emailed for a quote and in less than 24 hours we have a new hot water heater. Carlos and Jose arrived earlier than anticipated, which was fabulous for us. They completed the job in a timely and professional manor. The quoted price was exactly what the price was, no extra service fees or costs. They hauled away the old water heater. Ely and Brandon did an amazing job at upgrading my 2 water heaters in the attic. I had same day service and they were very professional. The receptionist was also very professional. On the financial side, the cost was nearly twice less than any other company for the same water heaters. I very highly recommend this company.
Amazing install! Everyone at the company were extremely professional. The two gentlemen who did the install arrived on time and were extremely polite and knowledgeable. The took great care to protect my hardwood floors. The install only took two hours and the work looks fantastic. I would highly recommend anyone looking to replace their water heaters to use Texans Water Heaters!
