Sent a guy out to do annual Maintenance on two tankless heaters. A few hours later I notice there is no hot water pressure or water. Same guy is sent back out. * ***** ** ** **** ** * ****He does something and it causes my entire roof to leak. The tankless are in the attic. Now I have a major renovation, water damage, and the sales guy to deal with ********. He runs the phones and gave me false information that their policy is through Farmers. Meanwhile six days into this ordeal the saturated drywall is molding. Buyer beware
Kr quoted me a price over the phone once the guys got here, they did their gas test.No leaks. And installed my Rinnai Tankless Water Heater. Price did not change from me phone quote. Very professional the guys even vacuumed my floors around my addict entrance even though they had tarps on my floors. Great job Texas Water Heaters.
The service from this company was great! The price they quoted never changed and I felt like I was not taken advantage of. They were very professional and I appreciated that most!
