Extremely Disappointing – Worst Patient Service I Have Experienced! I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. The level of unprofessionalism, poor communication, and complete lack of concern for patients is absolutely unacceptable. For almost TWO WEEKS, I have been trying to get a simple referral sent correctly, and somehow this office still cannot get it done. I would strongly caution anyone considering Dr. Mitchell Moskowitz for urologic care. Our experience was unacceptable, and based on what happened to my husband, I would avoid his care at all costs. My husband underwent a procedure to remove a kidney stone. His surgery was delayed by at least two hours, and he was not released until after 9:00 p.m. He was unexpectedly discharged with a urinary catheter. I wish I can put 0 stars. My dad got a biopsy here, when the results came out it turns out he had grade 5 Prostate cancer, they said they would send out an order for a PET scan which they never did. I’ve been calling to ask to speak to the supervisor and they keep telling me to wait for them to call back, when I did speak to the supervisor they were so useless. Never open on time then blame traffic. We all have traffic. Not 1 staff member can get there on time? 15 minutes after my appointment still waiting in the hall with 4 other patients

Wow! Do not go here! My son has acute bladder retention and they were going to call with an appointment for a test and f/u visit. We waited ten days and called, they said they would consider this urgent and call that day. It’s been three weeks. How terrible when a patient is suffering so badly! I wish I had seen the reviews ahead of time.
