Had a UTI and could only get in to see Danita Pires NP. Not so sure I wanted to do that, but rather than wait agreed since I was assured they had Dr support if needed. Visit was ok and when first antibiotic not working did get call back right away, Finished second antibiotic and felt UTI returning. Called on Monday 7th, no call back. Called next day and was assured call back. Nothing. Third day cancelled my follow up for 22 and looking for new Dr. Would not recommend.
The DR was very helpful and kind. She listened to me and educated me on everything we would be doing. I felt heard here. The front desk & additional clinical staff weren’t the most welcoming but nothing awful like the previous reviews state. Overall was a good experience and i feel good going back for my follow up appointments!
Terrible customer service, NEVER answers the phone, when asked to release our medical records they started ghosting us. Worst facility ever.
This place has the worst receptionist ever, she was rude on the call and never shared the information that was requested!
I’m a new patient and I’m experiencing the same poor service as others note. I’ve called their Plano office during business hours today 3 times and no one has answered the phone. They were to have CT scan orders for me yesterday and this did not occur. Never have I experienced such poor care.
