A shout out to Samantha at the DeSoto Branch for being my hero! Needed to replace my vehicle title, and the Texas DMV wouldn't accept their own paperwork, instead demanding a Bank Letter showing I'd paid off my car 2 YEARS EARLIER in 2024. I called Texas Trust who sent the letter immediately to their closest branch (thank you Monica!! hope I remembered your name correctly) and Samantha practically had it waiting for me when I got there 15 minutes later.
