Texas trust has gone down hill throughout the years. You can tell they’re losing money with the way people are closing their accounts. And to be charging people $10 for a lost/ stolen card is crazy. It went from $5 to $10 and I think that was crazy. Even hear an employee talking about not telling customers something cause they’ll empt their accounts and close them. I definitely wanna close my account it has been a horrible experience pretty much since the app changed.
I went to this bank about a month and a half ago because I had a two vehicles through this credit union. They open up an account for me so I want to get my money out and then they put me through this rigorous thing trying to get my money open up another account give me a debit card it was so hard I went there for something simple it took me an hour almost to I never got my card activated they were rude they were slow and they had Hispanic music playing through the roof like it's a variety of people they need to hire a more d... read more
