I am 53 and needed a kidney after 7 years on Dialysis. They called me up one day. And took me 4 hours to get to San Antonio from the Valley. They were waiting for me. Everything went great. I was home in 4 days. Great job ..
It was very busy, but effecient. For the number of people there, I was surprised how fast it went!!

Very informative. The let down was on the followup. No one contacted me to let me know what my status was. From my perspective, they are very good at what they do. BUT, they are so big that personal service afterwards is compromised.
